Gym isn`t always about running laps and playing games it`s also about getting a calming sense, flexibility, and exercise. That`s when Yoga comes in handy. Yoga is a great source of keeping you healthy and something you can carry aound with you. How does it keep you healthy? My mom and I could answer… (because shes a yoga instructor) Yoga keeps you healthy in lots and LOTS of ways. Here’s only three for you… 1st it stretches out muscles. 2nd, it makes you flexible. 3rd it`s a fantastic breathing source. It is awesome for any age.
